Georg Hellinghausen

Co-Founder / CEO

Georg Hellinghausen is a young Namibian entrepreneur who is passionate about technology and aviation. From a young age on, his parents encouraged him to engage in various business activities, and as the founder of Afridrones Aviation, Namibia’s premier drone service provider, he is now pioneering the local UAV market.During his studies abroad, Georg had already started a drone business in Germany. Just before the end of 2018, he returned to his home country, Namibia and took the next step in his career by laying the foundation of Afridrones.

Günter Hellinghausen

Co-Founder & Advisor

Günter Hellinghausen is a farmer and stud breeder of Brahman cattle for over 35 years in the north of Namibia. He started his banking training with the SAPerm Building Society and then continued his career in Frankfurt, Germany before pursuing his passion for farming. Throughout his career, he turned Kupferberg Brahmans into a reputable farming business. Mr. Hellinghausen is a founding member of Afridrones Aviation and is also involved in various other business enterprises.
